Alex is wicked went above and beyond to make the deal work super stoked

The service team here is unmatched. Had a break failure before an important and timely trip to Edmonton. Team had me back on the road in the blink of an eye. While I waited the sales team passed time through conversation and free coffee! The service desk ladies are a joy to talk to and made the experience THAT much better. My wife and I just bought a Honda Civic Touring last week. Absolutely love the car. Drives and handles nice. Just a really solid car. You really can’t go wrong with a Honda. We had a couple of hiccups getting the vehicle to us, but the sales team at Bannister Honda GP stepped in and made everything right. We left very happy and satisfied and will definitely buy another vehicle in the future. Amazing staff! I highly recommend and would give them a 10/10!

I had to make a stop in Grand Prairie on my way to Alaska. My maintenance light came on shortly before driving into town and they were able to squeeze me in the following more before I continued my drive. Brandon and the rest of the team was super nice and did a great job on my vehicle. What I appreciated most was that they didn't tey to sell me extra services that I didn't need. If I didn't live over 2000 Km away I would gladly go back to this Honda for any service I need.

Long story short, Bannister GP Honda is honest, patient, understands & looks after their customers to make a purchase painless & stress free. No hidden agenda. The best we've ever felt buying a new vehicle!Long Story:We had been looking at getting a used CRV, unfortunately there weren't any available in GP, so we were looking at Edm. One thing lead to another and we ended up realizing it was just better to buy new in GP. At this point, we had already had a cash offer on our vehicle from a different dealership in GP, so we needed a new vehicle asap.We sprung this on Mitch (sales) late on a Thurs afternoon. We met at 5:00 p.m, on his day off even & we were able to drive it off the lot on Fri, 25 hours later! Not only that, but Adam (manager) at GP Honda ended up offering to buy our current vehicle and it worked out a little bit better for us, plus saved us the hassle of all the back and forth trips we would've had to arrange without a vehicle by having the other dealership buy us out.Through this entire process (which was only a few days) of attempting to find a used CRV and then suddenly buying new, Mitch was patient, honest, kind, understanding and just down to earth with us.Unlike other dealerships, Bannister GP Honda does not have different pricing for their cash customers vs financing customers, which tells me that they're not trying to play games or just concerned solely on their bottom line.Mitch (sales), Adam (manager), & Carrie (finance), were patient and took the time to answer every question we had & worked with us, understanding our situation completely. Everything was out in the open.Getting our new vehicle so quickly means we have to go back to install the block heater as they didn't have time (understandable), but they even apologized for that & thanked us for our patience... which makes me laugh, there's no need to apologize... they all worked hard & did so well coming through for us so quickly...all on the last day of being in their old building & moving to the new one too! (Made the purchase & arranged the trade in old building & traded in & picked up new CRV in the new building) which you'd think would've complicated things or had everyone under stress, but everything went smoothly.We'll done guys!! Happy customers, love our CRV Sport, we'd recommend Bannister GP Honda to anyone!

I can't say enough about GP Honda! It was my first time buying a new vehicle and they made this process seamless. I live about 2 hours from the dealership, and they worked with me to send me videos of the vehicle I was interested in, and to get me approved for financing. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. They let me test drive the vehicle and explained all of the features to me. Everything was very transparent regarding the financing and vehicle sale.
I had been looking at vehicles for about two months, and dealt with other dealerships that were very pushy in their approach, and that was not the case with GP Honda. Instead, they were understanding and helpful and really listened to what I needed in a vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my vehicle or my decision to go with this dealership! I walked in just to test drive a CRV but after Sydney and I talked about what I liked and needed she showed me which vehicles would meet those needs. Well…we test drove the CRV and she went out of her way to get me to test drive a Passport, and we had such a great discussion about vehicles in general. I left with keys in hand and confident in my purchase as the whole staff stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. How refreshing, to be treated as though your wants, needs and Business matters.
